Fremont Therapy Group is celebrating 30 years of serving the community, and on this episode of The County 10 Podcast, we sat down with Jorden James and Cassey Lynn to talk about some of the specialized care available right here in Riverton. The conversation highlights the clinic’s continued focus on helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things they love, while also encouraging listeners to follow Fremont Therapy Group on social media and take advantage of their free consultations.
Jorden James, a Riverton native, shares his background in kinesiology, physical therapy, and golf, including his experience as a collegiate golfer and coach at Central Wyoming College. Now a Doctor of Physical Therapy with interests in orthopedic rehab, sports rehab, and vestibular rehab, Jorden explains how his Titleist Performance Institute certification helps him assess the physical side of golf performance. Rather than coaching swing mechanics, he looks at mobility, strength, balance, and motor control to identify limitations that may affect performance or increase injury risk for everyone from young golfers to older adults.
Cassey Lynn also brings an important perspective to the episode as she discusses women’s health, especially after pregnancy. It is a helpful reminder that physical therapy can play a major role in recovery, strength, and confidence for women in different stages of life.
