About Scott:
Scott has an extensive background in all aspects of the quick service restaurant business including many years of experience in senior leadership roles with brands including Arby’s; Dairy Queen; and El Pollo Loco. He has also been a franchisee with brands such as Popeyes; Checkers; and Captain D’s. Scott currently acts as a development consultant for franchisors seeking to grow their businesses nationally. He is also active as a franchisee and is currently developing multiple locations, primarily in the Carolinas.
