It’s easy to forget how important the last few minutes of a coaching session can be to solidify the clients growth and awareness from the conversation. How do we as coaches shine that light and at the same time check in with the client for alignment and implementation? What decisions are we making as we are coaching our clients and what are we basing those decisions on? A coaching session is fluid and we are always making decisions about what questions to ask and when to use silence. So how do we use what we know of our client’s preferences to inform how we show up?
