At just 13 years old, during a turbulent time as her parents divorced and her father battled alcoholism, Kim began to experience a deep sense of foreboding. “I thought I was just having bad feelings,” Kim recounts. “I had no idea that what I was experiencing was a premonition, as only three days later we got the news. After the accident, I shut it all down. I didn’t want to know anything that might hurt me like that again.”
Kim spent years putting on a brave face, suffering in silence living with her father, carrying a pain that no child should have to bear alone. At the time, counseling and support for grieving teens were rare, so Kim turned inward, finding her own ways to cope.
Nearly 30 years later, a chance encounter with a spiritual hypnotherapist opened a door. After sharing her life story, Kim was asked a simple but powerful question: “Do you want to see your mom again?” That session not only allowed her to reconnect with her mother but brought forth profound healing — Kim was able to experience memories with her mother across multiple lifetimes.
