Ep 6 - Finding Your Pace and Protecting Your Peace with Christine Eirosius
Apple Podcasts
Spotify This week on Embracing the Shift, Erin and Stacy sit down with the incredible Christine Eirosius, known online as your “Dallas Home Girl”, for a deeply real conversation about motherhood, identity, obedience, community, entrepreneurship, and the unexpected ways life pulls you into new chapters. Christine opens up about her years living in Spain and Russia, the cultural shifts that shaped her approach to wellness, and how she wove faith, Pilates, and female community into the creation of Sculpt Sanctuary. She shares how obedience rather than outcomes guides her decisions, the tension between ambition and surrender, and the pressure to show up online while still honoring peace, authenticity, and family. From emotional conversations about parenting with grace to the reality of sports culture for kids to the raw identity transitions athletes experience, the girls explore what it means to evolve while still making space for yourself, trusting God in the foggiest seasons, and letting community be the place where walls finally drop. Whether you are juggling motherhood, career changes, social media pressure, or simply trying to find your pace in a fast moving world, this episode is a beautiful reminder that growth takes courage, surrender takes strength, and every shift is an invitation to trust the journey a little more.
