CD17 - Dr. Tiffanie Spencer

This week Jayne sits down with the new superintendent of MISD, Dr. Tiffanie Spencer. As a graduate of Mansfield High School, Dr. Spencer shares her long-time love of this community, along with its parents, students, and teachers. Listen in as they discuss topics such as strategies to tackle declining enrollment, leaning in to help struggling schools, honoring kids as individuals, and what it’s like to be a parent of a kindergartener with the top job in the district. It’s an episode you won’t want to miss.
