Podcast Transcript Brian: I’m here talking with Mark Guenther, who has been a member of F3 Nation since 2013. He is currently the rucking coordinator for all of F3 Nation, and they just keep putting on incredible GORUCK custom events. I’m very excited to have him on the show to learn about how he got involved with GORUCK, and to talk about some of the upcoming customs they’ve got, as well as just some other awesome aspects of rucking and F3. Mark, how are you doing today? Mark: Doing great, Brian. Happy to be here. Brian: Awesome. Glad to hear it. Just to start off, how did you first hear about GORUCK? Mark: I first heard about GORUCK, or found it online I was actually – I got married, had kids, got fat and was looking for something that lit the fire for me to have a reason to get back into fitness.
