Ep #15 Introduction to One Patient at a Time

Cole Evans introduces Dr. Susans and Dr. Jeff's book and new publication, “One Patient at a

Time”. Dr. Jeff discusses why himself and his wife Susan decided to write a book in the midst of

running multiple eye care practices. Dr. Jeff explains that he wanted to share his experiences in

his quest to make every single one of his patients feel special. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Susan have built

their practices on making patients feel as if they are the only patient every time they visit the eye

care practices. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Susan decided to co-author a book to share those experiences,

and share that passion in delivering a great and courteous experience for patients. Dr. Jeff and

Dr. Susan wanted to share how and why they have built and ran their eye care practices the

way that they have, with patients in mind. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Susan’s passions led to the creation

of their book One Patient at a Time.
