ADU 0101: Do you still believe I don't have to get a 333 Exemption? Why or why not?

Today we continue what has somewhat turned into a short series on the FAA, this due to getting our hands on a recent recording taken at a meeting with the FAA and the National Association of Realtors. In this section of the recording, we're focused on Douglas Trudeau, a Realtor who has successfully applied for and been granted a 333 exemption, talking about how he is actually more limited than others now due to the fact he has his exemption. This is actually another side of the coin that not many people think about. In some respects, by obtaining your 333 you are often (if not always) subjecting yourself to more regulations.
