Ranch Cottages for Rent: Rental Cottages That Feel Like Home

Melanie Burruss, leasing and marketing with Ranch Cottages for Rent, joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to discuss unique home plans and community amenities. On the All About Real Estate segment, Burruss chats with host Carol Morgan about Ranch Cottages for Rent’s new mascot, Dogwood.

With almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Burruss has worked for several local builders in the metro Atlanta area as an on-site agent and had the pleasure of working with Jim Chapman Communities for the past six years – with a focus on Ranch Cottages for Rent for three of those years.

Ranch Cottages for Rent comprises of multiple rental communities boasting beautiful homes that feature one- to two-car garages, accommodating floor plans and impeccable attention to detail. The luxury rentalsare one-level, attached single-family homes developed with millennials, seniors, Gen X and active adults in mind.

Each cottage community offers five different floor plans highlighting open-level living, an owner’s suite on the main floor, two to three bedrooms and an optional upstairs loft space. Residents in every community enjoy incredible amenities, such as an expansive clubhouse, cutting-edge fitness center and resort-inspired pool area. Other amenities offered at select communities include a dedicated dog park and a community garden.

Burruss said, “We are always looking for ways to add green spaces and outdoor areas!”

Located in Athens, Brunswick, Dawsonville, Hampton and Loganville, Ranch Cottages for Rent has six available communities. The build-to-rent developer also has two new communities coming soon to Cartersville and Savannah – The Cottages at Walker Ridge and The Cottages at New Hampstead.

With a variety of floor plans to choose from, the cottages range from a little over 1,000 to 1,400 square feet. The Ranch Cottages for Rent team focuses on every detail within each home by showcasing granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, tile backsplash and luxury vinyl flooring.

Burruss said, “Each cottage feels just like a home!”

Ranch Cottages for Rent’s new mascot, Dogwood, made a “bark-tastic” appearance on Atlanta Real Estate Forum with Melanie. Often called Woody, this friendly neighborhood Bulldog is ready to “lead the leash” in sharing his favorite spots and “pup-tivities” in and around each cottage community!

Residents and prospective renters can “paw-sibly” catch a glimpse of Dogwood at open communities this summer and in multiple “fur-riendly” social media locations. This “pup-ular” pooch is “pawsing” for selfies and ready to “ruff” up the regular program with his wag-tastic adventures.
