78. Authentically Upbeat and In Tune with Janet Hammer

Anthony is back in Florida dealing with family and Alex is fresh back from a trip to Vegas and they discuss their 2022 air travel woes. Bollotta-FIDE approved Performer, Educator and Producer Janet Hammer (Sweethearts of Swing, Rhythm Express) joins the conversation this week. Janet fills us in on her daily gratitude affirmations, being present during a performance and stories from her career. They discuss being able to tell what’s in a performer’s being during a performance, the challenges of being a band-leader and stories from the stage (like how a performer jumped out the window). Enjoy.
