For over 20 years, Alexandra Acker-Lyons has worked for some of the nation’s most prominent donors, campaigns, and progressive organizations. She specializes in advising female donors at the intersection of electoral politics, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector. Alexandra is a certified 21/64 Philanthropic Advisor. She also serves as the Political Director for the Electing Women Alliance, a network of 17 (and growing) giving circles focused on raising money for female candidates and closing the political giving gap in US politics.


Her company AL Advising, works with progressive donors and philanthropists looking to streamline their giving and boost their impact. They specialize in working with women donors, candidates, and women-focused organizations.
