We were delighted to be rejoined by Head of the Portugese Dissuasion Commission, Dr Nuno Capaz, to talk Harm Reduction, Decriminalisation, the impact of Covid-19 on their services and effective advocacy for changes to Ireland's drug policy. Nuno and his team are the world leaders and the success of their policies has seen a 95% reduction in HIV infections and drug overdoses have also dramatically reduced.
