I live in a small town near the big city of Portland, OR but on the other side of a hill which makes getting some stations to come in good without fading hard. This solved my problem and my mom loves it too! Even works Great for those distant stations you find once in a while. I can usually pickup stations from Chicago, Utah, Denver and Nevada quite clear at night with this.
