It comes in a very nice reusable storage box for the cuff. Has nice partial spring fitting cuff around arm, with Velcro enclosure. I have tried many different automatic blood pressure cuffs and most are not very convenient to use and require manual selection to start the process of checking you pressure and reading results. This one has a nice automatic setting that goes through three cycles to get an average which is nice. Most people end up getting a second try anyway at their doctors office anyway. It works with the app without signing up online or you can track your pressure by logging into your account you setup for free. Works with Apple iOS or Google Android devices and their Withings app. I would give this a 4.5 out of 5 on my buy rating. It sells for $129.95 which is somewhat on the upper end of cost for these type of devices but the quality and accuracy of this device is well worth the cost. It even fits well with my large arms with no problem.
