Loki, Kang, and Superhero Fatigue

Are we actually tired of superhero movies, or are we just tired of mediocre ones? Before jumping into Loki Season 2, Dave and David revisit the first season, from Loki's unexpected return and relationship with Sylvie to the TVA, He Who Remains, Kang, and the multiverse mess that followed.

That leads into a bigger conversation about the state of superhero movies after Avengers: Endgame, the disappointment of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Marvel's overwhelming output, and whether superhero fatigue is really a problem of quantity over quality. Plus, David checks out Gen V and starts MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios, while Dave gets hooked on Taskmaster and dives back into Pokémon Scarlet.
