本集與國立中興大學森林學系柳婉郁教授深入探討從「節能減碳」轉向「淨零排放」的核心差異。教授指出,淨零不代表排放歸零,而是透過 "Net"(抵銷) 來達成平衡。目前抵銷方式分為「科技碳捕捉」與「自然碳匯」:前者如冰島案例,目前仍面臨高耗能、效率低(捕捉 1 公斤可能排 1.57 公斤)的困境;而後者則是利用植物光合作用的天然機制。
在所謂的「三色碳」(藍碳、綠碳、黃碳)中,「綠碳」(森林碳匯)「森林碳匯試算平台」,將數位化 AI 技術導入傳統林業。
該平台提供三大試算模組,滿足不同尺度的需求:
1. 個人與小尺度。
2. 中尺度(如整座山頭)。
3. 大尺度與精準量測:。
透過這項免費平台,企業能輕鬆計算廠區綠帶的碳匯價值,讓減碳不再是遙不可及的學術名詞,而是全民皆可參與的數位行動。
