2020 Honda CR-V Review Since Honda sold more than 400k CR-Vs last year it makes sense that the carmaker pays close attention to its compact crossover. So for 2020, the Honda CR-V is refreshed with enhanced safety features. Plus there are slight changes to the exterior and interior design. And what's great is that there's not much added to the price tag for these extras. Additionally, Honda is adding a Hybrid CR-V its offerings in 2020.
