In July of 2011, farm foreperson Roberto Ayala was making his usual rounds at the Moore Family Ranch with his 7 year old son, Fabian in Colusa, California. But when he went to check on the electrical panel box that controlled the water levels on the Farm’s rice fields, a powerful blast killed Roberto instantly.
