Is The FBI Corrupt? Absolutely. Are These FISA Memo Claims True? We Don’t Know Yet.

Welcome to The Daily Wrap Up, a concise show dedicated to bringing you the most relevant independent news, as we see it, from the last 24 hours. As has been the case over the past few weeks, the FISA memo has largely eclipsed pretty much everything else. And even if these claims are true, which we do yet know for certain, this is no doubt being used to carry out many other agendas while the American public is yet again consumed by the US political drama.  So first, let’s address the one glaring point that most are ignoring in this memo frenzy, and that is the fact that this memo contains statements with no corroborating material. So why is it that so many are so quick to assume it is all true? If the memo ended up claiming that Trump and Russia had colluded to steal the election from Hillary Clinton (a fact that we know is not true) would you still be so quick to take it at face value? Of course not. And second, because it supports the idea that Trump is the victim here, and not just another puppet of the corporate oligarchy. We all want to believe that there is a savior who will whisk us away to a better America, but that is a fantasy not based in reality, especially not in the hyper-controlled American political system — sorry to burst your bubble, but we have to be realistic with ourselves. Even if he was that savior, one man would not make a dent in the establishment war-machine. We must being to realize, once again, that we are the true power here, not one of the preselected candidates within the two-party deception.  That being said, this does not mean that the claims of corruption within the FBI and DOJ are not true, we know they are. This only means that there is no excuse to simply take the word of a politician at face value, which is what everyone is doing. With all we know today, that is just irresponsible.  Assuming that these claims are true, the real point here is that the FBI knowingly withheld information about the DNC and the Clinton campaign in regard to the Steele Dossier, and the fact that Steele was not a trustworthy source, when submitting their FISA application. The falsifying of evidence, withholding information and even manipulating evidence at hand to suit their agenda are all things we know about the FBI, especially after the recently dismissed Bundy trail, in which the FBI did just that, and no FBI agent was ever held accountable.  Many are claiming that this is the final nail in Clinton’s coffin, the revelation that finally sees her brought down. Now as I want to see her brought to justice more than anyone, we have to admit that this does not reveal anything we did not already know about her. If you could make the connection that Clinton made the FBI withhold the information about Steele, that would be a bombshell, but right now, this is about the corruption of the FBI.
