Mary Shows the Way by Kimberly Hahn. Like our Mother Mary, Kimberly Hahn is a model of trust and obedience, showing us how to counteract everyday things while staying connected with the Lord. Mrs. Hahn is a co-founder of the St. Paul Center, along with her husband, Dr. Scott Hahn. The Center’s mission of helping lay Catholics better understand Scripture and supporting Priests took on a whole new meaning when her son, Fr. Jeremiah Hahn, was ordained in the Diocese of Steubenville in 2019. She homeschooled her six children and now has twenty-one grandchildren.
Kimberly is serving her second term as City Council Woman and has recently launched a new podcast, Beloved, and Blessed, and is the host of Beloved and Blessed on EWTN radio. She has co-authored books on Catholic education entitled Catholic Education: Homeward Bound and Rome Sweet Home: Our Journey to Catholicism with her husband, Dr. Scott Hahn. Kimberly is the author of numerous books, including Life-Giving Love: Embracing God’s Beautiful Design for Marriage, Chosen and Cherished; Grace and Gifted; Beloved and Blessed; and Legacy of Love. She contributes to Catholic for a Reason, The Gift of Femininity, and The Fabric of Life.

We pray that today may be a special day in your life as you experience the presence of Jesus Christ among us through this reflection. Magnificat, taken from Luke 1, is the great hymn of praise that Mary prayed while visiting her cousin, Elizabeth. We trust that this reflection will help us all better understand that we are indeed children of God, made in His image and likeness. We want to come together in God’s presence and proclaim that the Almighty has done great things for you and me and holy is His Name!
