Look at Colorado, the state is NOT pro-death, the city of DENVER is pro-death. There have been many northern CO countries that want to secede b/c of the super liberal policies in Denver. $50 billion was imported to the liberals in Denver to turn that state blue. The city of Denver has ALL the power in Colorado. This SCOTUS decision gives us some wiggle room.
