We sometimes get defeated by probability thinking, worrying about the odds of winning or achieving an outcome based on factors we cannot control and the likelihood of it not happening. “This team is better and faster than we are.” “I can’t achieve this dream or goal, because it’s too hard.” “I have never done this before; therefore, I cannot do it now.”
In today’s podcast episode of Monday Morning Moments, I share a better way to approach our goals, hopes, and dreams. Possibility thinking allows us to focus on what is possible (versus what is probable) allowing us to concentrate on what we can control like competing and advancing the ball toward our goal.
Show Notes:- Matthew 19:26 – “But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
