Follow Up Fun And Concerts Too
*Originally released December 2nd 2014*
This episode, Steve and Doug think back to some previous episodes to expand their thoughts and chat about some concerts they went to. Also, some feedback regarding a question Steve posed regarding the pro's and con's of a remix overshadowing an original song.
1:14 - Yeah, I've changed the upload order and put the MITIGO interview after this follow up episode. Going through the past episodes, the follow up and the interview episodes haven't been consistent in which goes first, so I'm putting some consistency in.
5:15 - As discussed in P Is For Paul White!
20:43 - Backtrack to R Is For Roxy Music!
24:53 - We did skip Passengers "Original Soundtrack 1" in our U Is For U2, Part 2 episode but at least we cover it here!
31:48 - Here's Doug's entry for "Slug" on his list of 100 Favourite Songs (#26)
46:20 - We wound up doing an episode on his work, W Is For Washed Out
48:18 - Yeah, check out this sizzling yet cheesy video for "Belong" by Washed Out
49:38 - Our brother Daniel actually joins us for a future episode on that band, C Is For Caravan Palace
52:11 - We also cover this progressive rock group in our episode A Is For The Alan Parsons Project
58:14 - For our thoughts on Interpol's discography prior to "El Pintor" here's our episode I Is For Interpol
Doug's Recommendations:
Running On A Rainy Day - Shaker Notes, by Paul White
Slug - Original Soundtracks 1, by Passengers
