Light of the World | Peace on Earth | Anne Gray

This week in our Advent series, Light of the World, we focus on Peace — not the fragile peace the world offers, but the Eirēneuō peace Jesus brings: complete reconciliation between God and humanity. As we light the Shepherds’ Candle, we are reminded that perfect peace is found only in Christ — the Prince of Peace who restores what was broken and invites us to walk freely and lightly with Him.

In this message we explore:

- Why “peace on earth” doesn’t mean the end of conflict

- The different biblical meanings of peace (and the one the angels proclaimed)

- How true peace comes when we surrender and walk yoked with Jesus

Key Scripture: Matthew 11:28–30
