It’s the holidays, we’re making “unwise nutritional choices”, and it’s cold — who wants to exercise? Well, this is the set to get you out the door. With the snow we had last week I wasn’t able to get out the door myself, but this set had me dancing all over the house and it got my heart rate up — I hope you like it too.
