Care Less, Do More. – E2 – Emily Harrington
This is the first podcast that I have ever recorded being on the other side of the mic with a very dear friend and highly accomplished climber, Emily Harrington. We talk about her path to becoming one of the best and most well-rounded climbers in the world, the struggles of being a young competitive climber (content warning; we speak about eating disorders related to sport), her greatest accomplishments, pregnancy being a female athlete and how climbing is a series of failures strung together until there is a success.
Where did I get the name Care Less, Do More? It’s a thought that I have often meaning care less about what people think of you, about the noise, about the chirping on social media and just do more. Get outside, put your phones down and do more.
This podcast aims to interview people who I find to be inspirational or educational.
