2021 October 24 - Halloween and the Ghost Head Nebula

In today's image, we see the Ghost Head Nebula, a star forming region in the Large Magellanic Cloud. The image is shown in celebration of Halloween, which is known as a cross-quarter day, halfway between the fall equinox and the winter solstice.
