2026 September 12 - Apollo 11: Catching Some Sun

In today's image, we see an image taken by Neil Armstrong from the surface of the Moon back in 1969. In the image, Buzz Aldrin is setting up an experiment to catch some particles from the solar wind which would later be returned to Earth for study.
