2026 September 29 - Sh2-144: The Shrimp Nebula

In today's image, we see the planetary nebula known as the Shrimp Nebula. This is the type of nebula which forms at the end of the life of a star like our Sun. In this case, the entire nebula is moving rapidly to the upper left.
