Episode #118: Wherefore Art Thou Rubio?

With Bernie Sanders winning Michigan against the odds, and with Donald Trump having a great day despite the growing Dump Trump movement, the campaign now moves to the key primaries on March 15th.  Susan MacManus of the University of South Florida and Howard Wilkinson of Cincinnati's WVXU talk about their respective states of Florida and Ohio and how crucial they are for favorite sons Marco Rubio and John Kasich. Kathie Obradovich of the Des Moines Register talks about Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley, who chairs the Judiciary Committee and whose insistence that his committee won't hold hearings for whomever President Obama nominates to fill a Supreme Court vacancy has led to a leading Democrat coming forward to challenge him this year. Matthew Chayes of Newsday remembers the scandal that hit New York eight years ago this week when Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigned his office after being caught in a prostitution scandal. And with the passing of Nancy Reagan, we hear from Sal Russo, a longtime personal aide to Ronald Reagan when he was governor of California, to talk about his memories of Nancy when she was First Lady of the Golden State.
