How Roofers Rank Top 3 on Google & AI with Less Reviews

More reviews don’t always mean more calls. In this video, we break down how roofing companies are ranking in the top 3 on Google, Google Maps, and AI search, even when competitors have more reviews.

Plenty of roofers look at the Map Pack, see a competitor with hundreds of reviews, and assume they can’t compete. But reviews are only one piece of what Google and AI look at when deciding which roofer to show. If you’re only chasing review counts, you could be missing the signals that actually move your roofing company into the top spots. Watch this all the way through, because the last strategy is the one we see helping roofers jump past bigger competitors the fastest.

In this episode, you’ll learn what Google and AI search really look at when ranking roofing companies and how to compete in the Map Pack without the most reviews in town. We break down how to strengthen your Google Business Profile, show proof of real jobs in the areas you serve, build trust signals beyond reviews, and focus your local SEO and website content so your roofing company gets found on Google, Maps, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews in the cities you want to work in.
