Season 1 Episode 29: Safe Landings for Truth Tellers

Sometimes our primary job needs to be protecting people who speak hard truths, and even when those truths make others uncomfortable, 'cause truth often does. Truth-tellers need that safe place to land, and sometimes our role is to make sure that they don't spiritually get thrown in the pit by people who simply don't want to hear challenging things.

When somebody shares difficult information with us, they need to know that somebody's watching out for them. We are watching out for them.

 We may even need to advocate for someone who cannot advocate for themselves. That takes courage and a willingness to risk our own comfort for someone else's well-being. So let's work hard to provide safe landings for truth-tellers.
