Ancient Symbolic Penalties V66N8

Brethren, this Short Talk Bulletin Podcast episode was written by MW Bro K. W. Aldridge, PGM – QC, and is brought to us by VW Bro David Koncz, PM – United #8, Brunswick ME. We all remember the symbolic penalties associated with the taking of each of our obligations, as these are impressive parts of a very old ritual. There were times, however, when removing the ancient symbolic penalties from the ritual was under discussion. Here we find an excellent discussion of that discussion. Enjoy, and do please share this and all of these Podcast episodes with your brothers and your Lodge…discuss them!
