Department of Corections: The reason Miller didn't choose "New Day Rising" as a top song of 1983 was because it wasn't released until 1985. Also, "Without You" is from Bowie's album Let's Dance - it's a pretty good song that recalls "Ashes to Ashes". Not as good as the song "Let's Dance" though. Thanks for listening.
