We welcome Dr. Andy Woods back to the program today. In His book, The Middle East Meltdown, the Coming Invasion of Israel, he explains how this coalition of nations will someday fulfill the prophecies of Ezekiel 38-39. The Lord seems to be setting the stage for His return as never before. One of these major stage-setting trends that we are currently seeing is the rise of a coalition of nations that harbors a hostile intent toward Israel. President-elect Trump has come out as strongly supportive of Israel, and one of the first phone calls he made after his election was to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu inviting him to the White House. What a mess in the Middle East with ISIS, war in Syria, Iran expanding power in Iraq and Russia deeply involved in Syria. Turkey is another nation to watch carefully as they once supported Israel. One of the lies that the secular media and U.N. promote is that the radical Palestinian Authority is interested in peace with Israel—that if Israel would just recognize them and give them land that all would be peaceful. But a key question is will America repair and strengthen her ties as a strong ally to Israel once again?
