What If We Always Have Choices?

Most of us have used the excuse, 'I don't have enough time,' but is this statement actually true? It's not that we are lying to others; the fact is we develop bad time management habits which end up affecting everything else in our lives. Once we accept the lie, the enemy has us right where he wants us and can render us ineffective or unproductive as Christians. We all have 168 hours a week and the fact is we do have time. If we work 40 hours a week at our jobs and sleep 7 hours a night (49), that still leaves quite a lot of time outside of work. The sad thing is many of us still make excuses about getting to know Christ and spending time in God's presence every morning. Neglecting the eternal is irresponsible if in fact the Bible is true. Dave Wager of Silver Birch Ranch and Nicolet Bible Institute is back with some good teaching on our time, truth, and choices. Someone once said, "Unplanned time always goes to your weakness." Generations are defined and formed by historical events, not necessarily by a number of years. Things around us are always changing, but there is one thing that remains the same: truth. Jesus is the Truth and He never changes. The other thing that does not change no matter who we are, what we do for a living or where we live, is our purpose in Christ. Everything else fades away.
