Today is The National Day of Prayer. Thousands will be gathered around America feeling called to pray for our nation. But just how should we pray for America--a nation that is continuing down the politically correct path to destruction? Even many professing believers deny its Judeo-Christian principles by turning its back on the truth of God and His Word. Has America and its leaders become a stubborn, stiff-necked people unwilling to repent and return to God and His ways? Is there still hope? What about religious freedom and legislation that discriminates against Christians when laws were passed to give certain groups special, not equal, rights? What should we be praying for today and from this point on?
