Whose job is protecting the flock?

There are a lot of trends impacting the visible church these days, from right and left wing dominionism to the name-it-and-claim-it prosperity "gospel," and the social justice "gospel," which are really not the Gospel at all.  Today we're asking the Church: Whose job is it to protect the flock from these things? Does that role look different depending on which church or denomination you visit?   That's just one of the many church questions we're asking a pastor about today. Pastor Mike Abendroth is serves as pastor of Bethlehem Bible Church in Massachusetts, and is the founder and one of the voices of No Compromise Radio.
