The Bible tells us the one thing that should distinguish God's people from the world is our love of Him and one another. We are taught to not only love one another as Christians, but to forgive our enemies, pray for them, and never respond to hatred with hatred. We are to be a unique and holy people, separate from the ways and teachings of this world.
