Her Premature Twins Died When Hospital Refused to Treat Them

Amanda Finnefrock is a wife, mother, patients rights activist, blogger for Save The 1, and resides in the Columbus, Ohio area. Three years ago, she had twin boys (Emery and Elliot) who were born prematurely, the hospital refused to treat them, and they died. Though Amanda experienced severe trauma many women cannot talk about, she not only shares her story but is working on legislation so other moms and premature babies won't suffer the same way she and her sons did.
