Headlines: Ai Extinction, Midterms, and Globalism

Tim and Mary take on the current news cycle which is dominated by chatter about the apocalyptic nature of Ai. The Chicken Little bot keeps telling us the sky is falling, but is it? Trump says Ai isn’t harmful, of course on some levels it is, but on an extinction level? And Bill Gates, globalist extraordinaire, has weighed in, all while writing checks to Ai. How about another scenario? Ai extinction, midterms and globalism, oh my – are they related? Quite possible. We talk about fear mongering by you-know-who (the left) who always has to have an apocalypse at the ready, like climate change, viruses, you name it. And since those two are old hat, and electric stoves are OK now, let’s find a new one in time for the mid-terms: Ai’s death wish for humanity. Regulating it. What could possibly go wrong? We explore the possibility that this narrative too is just in time for the Left to save us from ourselves. Again.
