Keup:There's so much that happens in that first year, but I think if you boil it down the first year in so many ways for both student and institution is about belongingness, about creating a sense of connection about agency, about creating a community of individuals. You know, it used to be that, that by the first six weeks with the goal was that a student knew a staff member, a peer in, on a faculty member. And, you know, I, I think those timelines have been blown out of the water, not just by COVID, but by many things. And it doesn't necessarily have to be that sort of compartmentalize and who they need to know, but just feeling like they belong, like they know where to go. Heather Shea:All right.
