Oracle ERA I (Individual) Research Validates the Individual Experience & Mobility trend for Service Providers, Enterprise and Employees

Doug Suriano, senior vice president and general manager, Oracle Communications, discusses the ERA I research released today with Don Witt of The Channel Daily News by TelecomReseller.  With input from more than 300 C-level executives covering 10 industries, the research evaluates the emergence of the ERA I with 84% of executives saying their organization has experienced a trend toward customers wanting a more individualized experience and 70% experiencing similar trend from employees.
