No more lost calls when in buildings 200,000 square feet when they use the new Quatra technology from Cel-FI and Nextivity

Werner Sievers, President and CEO of Cel-FI and CEO of Nextivity, discusses the release of QUATRA, a smart signal booster from within a building to the normal cellular signal with Don Witt of The Channel Daily News from Telecom Reseller. Utilizing a star design, the technology will provide support for an area from 10,000 to 200K square feet. Common places of deployment are: •    Hospitals •    Warehouses •    Hospitality environment •    Industrial environment •    High Tech •    Other types of buildings Supporting multiple types of technology from IoT, Cellular, & WiFi, the Quatra will take advantage of 5G as it evolves. Security of the product is as secure as the normal cellular technology. Speed of deployment and personnel needed to install QUATRA is an advantage for Cel-FI.  Cel-FI designed QUATRA to me mass installed.  The Radio Frequency expert is no longer needed. The traditional IT personnel will be able to deploy the devices in short order. Cel-Fi QUATRA is a self-configuring system built on award-winning Cel-Fi Smart Signal Booster® technology, which is unconditionally network safe, and approved for use by carriers on their networks. Cel-Fi QUATRA is specifically designed for easy installation. Unlike typical DAS systems that can require between 12 and 24 months for deployment from start to finish, Cel-Fi QUATRA can be ordered, delivered, installed, and operational in a matter of weeks—and at a lower installed cost per sq. ft. Cel-Fi QUATRA achieves this by eliminating much of the complexity associated with delivering in-building coverage. Cel-Fi QUATRA is comprised of a Network Unit (NU), which contains the antennas that receive the donor cellular signal; and the Coverage Unit (CU), which contains actively powered antennas that transmit the cellular signal throughout the venue to users. Cel-Fi QUATRA offers exceptional value and optimal performance when installed off-air or tethered to a small cell.
