Jabra integrates with Cisco Finesse

Recently Jabra, a leading audio and communications company, announced a first to market solution that integrates its professional audio portfolio with the Cisco Finesse platform. Jabra now offers customizable control box functions through the new Jabra Contact Center Agent App for systems running on the Cisco Finesse servers. In this podcast, Thomas Hensing, a Global Product Manager for Jabra, discusses this innovation and how it improves user functionality and productivity. According to Hensing, this step is part of a larger roll out of value added software services that not only deliver gains for end users, but also is part of a program that offers opportunities for developers to partner with Jabra.
