Morag Lucey sees Avaya leading innovation into the future

Despite some of the inevitable chatter in the market, Lucey describes Avaya's Chapter 11 filing as voluntary and as part of a well-planned process, as evidenced by securing a large credit facility and a series of advertisements that has Avaya presenting itself as a strong, on-going entity.
