Curing VoIP Echo: A Tech Tip Podcast

We've all heard it. It is the opposite problem of when you can't hear yourself speak. VoIP echo occurs when you hear yourself, delayed.   It turns out that the annoying VoIP echo is a product of some intentional technology, designed originally to let you hear your own voice, but just a little and with so little delay that there's no echo. This is something we experience on landlines. But the advent of VoIP can increase the distance the call might be traveling and the echo appears. In this podcast PathSolutions Tim Titus discusses the problem and what you can do to mitigate the issue. Visit www.pathsolutions.com
