Podcast: Industry leader Vasili Triant takes over CSO role at Talkdesk

With a long background in UC, Vasili Triant was appointed CSO at Talkdesk last week. Triant began in UC trying to understand the products and services around him from the customer experiences they generate. “Customer experience is a core differentiator and one of the things that attracts us from one brand to another.” In this podcast Triant shares with us his vision for channels and others to think beyond functionality to customer satisfaction.
