Podcast: Mitto rolls out Chat Apps in bid to offer critical solution to customer communications community

This week, Swiss based Mitto (mitto.ch) rolled out a Chat Apps solution, designed to work with a wide range of popular text services. Chat Apps, a CPaaS offering, enables firms large and small to engage customers in the places that customers today wish to communicate. In this podcast Sean Whitley, VP Americas for Mitto, gives us an overview of how the launch of Chat Apps represents a major opportunity for the contact center and the enterprise to achieve contactless customer service with customers. Perhaps more critically, the product enables communications across platforms more favored by a fast growing new generation of customers. Whitley also gives us an overview of Mitto, a Swiss based firm with a large global footprint. The company processes three quarters of a billion transactions per month. Mitto works off a pay-go model, which Whitley claims keeps their products affordable for the SMBs, but at the level of sophistication required by larger companies.
